The person behind the CV
Some careers follow a straight line. Mine took a detour that turned out to be the whole point.
It started at Harvard Business Impact, where over four years I grew from Project Specialist to Senior Specialist, managing and delivering 28+ leadership development programmes across EMEA and APAC for clients in banking, energy, healthcare, and luxury. At its core, the role was about orchestrating multiple moving parts: sales, design, platform, data, and client relationships, all working together to deliver seamlessly and ensure clients came back. Outside my core role, I wore multiple hats — coaching team members, standardising delivery processes, forecasting revenue, and designing new ways of working. I believe deeply that the best outcomes come from teams where every voice is heard, collaboration is genuine, and mutual respect is the foundation everything else is built on.
Then came the detour. A cancer diagnosis, a health pause, and a deliberate choice about what came next. I pursued my MSc in Digital Transformation at ESCP Business School in London and Paris, working on strategy projects with Société Générale and L’Oréal, and writing my thesis on how AI-human hybrid coaching platforms help organisations build leadership capability at scale. I also had the opportunity to work on the tech and client side of L&D, including implementing an LMS system.
That combination of delivery experience, client advisory, learning technology, and original research is what I bring into every room. I’m smart, I learn fast, and I genuinely care about the people on the other side of the work.
Outside of work, I volunteer as a peer support companion for people recently diagnosed with cancer, lead a community called Girls Innovate, and perform as a Trinity-certified Grade 8 vocalist. Health is my anchor, and yoga, pilates, and strength training are where I reset. And yes, I’m building my French — currently at B1 and not stopping.
